- A minimum of three (3) credit passes in the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level, including two (2) passes at grade D or better, and a pass in General Paper.
- Other equivalent qualifications such as International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), and American Grade 12 examinations are also accepted.

Application Procedure: To apply to UDS, you can follow these steps:
- Visit the UDS website at www.uds.edu.gh.
- Click on the “Admissions” tab on the menu bar.
- Select the program you want to apply for and click on “Apply Now”.
- Create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password.
- Log in to your account and fill out the online application form.
- Upload scanned copies of your academic certificates, passport photograph, and any other required documents.
- Pay the application fee through the available payment options.
- Submit your application and print a copy of the application summary.
- Application Fees: The application fee for undergraduate programs is GHS 200.00, and for postgraduate programs, it is GHS 250.00. You can pay the fee online using a Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card, mobile money, or at any Ghana Commercial Bank branch.
