How you will contribute

You will:

• This job posting is for a role in transportation and logistics operations within the Mondelez International Sub Sahara Africa business unit. The responsibilities include overseeing transport planning, track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims, freight billing, and pallet management. The candidate will be expected to monitor, analyze and report on transportation KPIs, coordinate logistics service providers, and participate in service provider performance reviews. They will also be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders on any issues and identifying root causes of recurring problems. The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain continuous improvement functions, excellent analytical and presentation skills, the ability to think conceptually and communicate effectively, and a diploma in business administration. The role requires advanced problem-solving skills and experience with process management and compliance. The business unit operates out of two major hubs in South Africa and Nigeria and offers a diverse range of products, including Cadbury chocolates, Bournvita, Halls, Tom Toms, Stimorol, Clorets, and Oreo.
