How to Apply University of Venda online 2024-2025
To apply to the University of Venda (UNIVEN) online, follow these steps:
- Go to the UNIVEN website at www.univen.ac.za and click on “Students” in the top menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select “How to Apply” and then select “Apply Online.”
- Create an account by clicking on “Click here to register” if you are a new user. If you already have an account, log in using your username and password.
- Complete the application form, providing all the necessary information and uploading all the required documents.
- Pay the application fee of R100 using the online payment system. You can pay with a credit or debit card that has a CVV number on the back.
- Submit your application.

- Step 1: For undergraduate or graduate applicants, go to the UNIVEN website and select the Admission > Apply for Admission link (UNIVEN Online Application). You can access the University of Venda’s online application process by clicking on this link. The registration, application, and document uploading steps are yours to choose from.
- Step 2: Online registration is available for University of Venda classes. You must complete all required fields in the University of Venda online application system via the link in step one. If this is your first time applying, you must register first. You must provide your name, email address, password, program type, and qualification mode during the registration process.
- Step 3: You must upload supporting documents. This is required of all new qualification candidates, including new applicants and University of Venda students beginning a new qualification. The deadline for submitting the application is the same as the deadline for uploading the required files. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. The University of Venda does not provide scanners or other technological tools. Please ensure that your documents have been scanned and uploaded to an electronic device prior to beginning the UNIVEN Online Application process.
- Step 4: Pay the application fee to UNIVEN. Once you have received a student number from the University of Venda, pay the application fee using the reference number and your University of Venda student number (for example, STUDENT NUMBER 5370810030). Your application will not be considered or processed until the fee has been paid. Please remember that this payment cannot be refunded.
- Step 5: Finally, upload your completed UNIVEN online application. To complete the application, you must complete every step from Home to Submit Your Application.
