To apply online, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create an account on the CUT online application system by clicking on the “New Application” button on the CUT website’s homepage.

Step 2: Complete the application form with all the required information. You will be required to upload certified copies of your identity document and your academic records.

Step 3: Submit your application once you have completed all the required fields and uploaded all necessary documents.

Step 4: Pay the non-refundable application fee using the following payment methods:

• Online payment via the CUT website
• Direct deposit at a CUT-approved bank
• EFT payment using the CUT banking details provided

Note: International applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of R500.

Step 5: After submitting your application and paying the application fee, you can check your application status on the CUT online application system. The university will also communicate with you through the online application system regarding the status of your application.

Important information to note:

• The application fee for South African applicants is R100.
• The application fee for international applicants is R500.
• Applications for 2023 are open from 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2022.
• Late applications will not be accepted.
• Applicants are advised to apply for a maximum of two study options.
• CUT will not be held liable for any incorrect information submitted by applicants.
• Applicants who are offered a place at CUT will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their place at the university.
