- Manage channel partner agreements, including new and renewals.
- Ensure that the SFDC system is always up-to-date with relevant changes.
- Assist with the Due Diligence process as needed.
- Provide quarterly updates to customers regarding their performance.
- Maintain and update e-learning platforms.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for channel partners.
- Assist with the integration of e-commerce platforms with the ABB system.
- Help organize and manage channel partner events
- The ideal candidate should have completed Grade 12 or hold an equivalent diploma in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, while experience in Salesforce (SFDC) is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP is also required.
- Effective communication with customers through verbal and digital platforms is a must-have skill.
- Fluency in the English language is mandatory.
