KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Ordering and monitoring packaging materials based on projected requirements.
    • Managing service providers.
    • Handling all office administrative functions.
    • Providing support to the management team.
    • Serving as a liaison between suppliers and the company to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Facilitating communication between suppliers and various distribution centers for all coordination-related matters

POSITION: ADMIN MANAGER

REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER (Lowveld)

Qualifications
  • STANDARD OF EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) is required. Possessing a commercial tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Experience
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: It is essential that the candidate has prior experience in cost management and financial/administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Knowledge and Skills
  • INTERPERSONAL/COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating effectively within a team. They must possess strong oral and written communication abilities to interact with buyers, suppliers, distribution center staff, and contractors.

    COMPUTER LITERACY: The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and proficiency in various analytical tools.

    • Arrange and oversee the procurement of packaging materials according to projected requirements.
    • Supervise service providers.
    • Perform all necessary administrative tasks related to the office.
    • Assist management with any necessary tasks.
    • Act as an intermediary between suppliers and the company to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate communication between suppliers and various distribution centers for all coordination-related issues.
